There is a no return policy on sale items. Certain digital programs have refund limitations and may not be eligible for a refund after 7 days.

Refunds will not be processed for any items returned without a return authorization nor will they be processed for any items that are returned to an inappropriate address. If you have an issue with ANY product, please FIRST contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt and our support team will assist you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer requesting the refund. Shipping costs will be not be refunded on any items returned.
Supplements / Shakes Return Policy
If you change your mind and do not want the product (unopened) and it is within 30 days of receipt of product, you will receive a full refund. If you change your mind after 30 days you will receive a 75% refund provided the product is unopened and returned before 60 days have passed.
Refunds and returns will not be considered more than 60 days past the date of receipt.
Important: Please contact us at email@example.com for return authorization before returning any products. Please also be sure to return your product in a timely manner once authorization is given.
If you have an adverse reaction to the product you will receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Thorne, our supplier, would like to know the specifics of any reactions, so if you can let them know they will file a “customer complaint form” and have one of their medical technicians follow up. You can email our support desk, let us know the issue, let us know you wish to file a report and return the product. We will put you in touch with the Thorne rep who handles requests of this nature.

Please contact email@example.com for any issues with Dr. Sara bars. The team will give you details on where to ship them and how to get your refund. DO NOT ship bars to the address for Thorne Research as they are not the supplier of Dr. Sara bars.
Physical Product Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product (excluding supplements / shakes – please see below for supplement return details), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund or credit towards any other program or product – minus any shipping fees. Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase minus any shipping fees. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, your credit will be issued to that same card.
Items must be returned in their original condition; meaning they must be unused and sent back in original box. We understand the product comes in cellophane and you must unwrap to view the product, we only ask that you do not remove, photocopy or write on any portion of the product, as it will not be eligible for return if it is used or damaged in any way. We advise that you send returned items fully insured, and ensure the items are well packaged, as you are responsible for any damage that occurs to items in transit.

Our general policy for digital (non-physical) products and programs is a money-back guarantee for 30 days, HOWEVER refund periods on digital content purchased from SaraGottfriedMD.com do vary.
