Please check your purchase confirmation email for specific details. *For all other products and programs: Refund request must be received via email by 11:59 pm Pacific Time 7-days from the date your order was placed. If you have purchased a program that includes a physical, shipped-to-you product, refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the physical product back to our fulfillment facility. If you have purchased the program as a digital download only, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for a credit to post to your account. Simple. Proven.
