Mission Ignition Day 10: Female Sacred Anatomy with Ellen Heed

We are now 10 days into Module 1 of Mission Ignition. Yesterday we had a fascinating interview with Ellen Heed. Ellen is a somatic genius who has found myriad ways to connect to the primacy of felt experience. We planned to talk about Female Sacred Anatomy – particularly the neurology of women as a divine portal to altered states of being and self-actualization. We ended up on a meandering path of many important topics. “We are re-wiring ourselves to stress instead of pleasure,” commented Ellen, and she went on to tell us practical tips on how to turn this around. She gave us genre-bending chakra homework. Ellen described how there are 4 ways that energy or chi or prana gets blocked: biochemically, biomechanically, in scar, and emotionally. She showed us the details of “herection.” Her content, her time with us, was so rich that I want to shout it from the rooftop.
